Courtney Rodriguez

Courtney Rodriguez is EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the Company’s talent strategy to achieve our business objectives and ensure Republic continues to be the place where the best people come to work.
Courtney leads all human resources functions, including talent acquisition and retention, learning and development and total rewards.
She has more than 20 years of HR experience. Prior to joining Republic, Courtney served in multiple leadership roles at Dell Technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President, Global HR. Before Dell, she worked as a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen.
Courtney holds an MPA in accounting from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and her bachelor’s degree in accounting also from University of Texas.
