We strive to make your online experience with Republic Services simple and safe. That’s why we’ve bolstered our Online Accounts with enhanced security to ensure your information stays protected.
On this page, you’ll learn more about the features that make managing your account easier.
Access Your Account
We’ve streamlined the sign-up and log-in processes so they’re faster and more user friendly. You can now log in from any Republic Services page.
Sign up for an online account
To enjoy the benefits of an online account, you’ll first need to sign up.
Step 1: In the top right corner of any Republic Services page, click Log In.
Step 2: Click Sign Up, and then fill in your user credentials including email address, password, first name and last name.
Step 3: Once you create your account, click the confirm my email address link in the verification email we send you.
Step 4: Once you verify your email, you’ll be taken to a page where you’ll sign up for one of four account types:
- Recycling & Solid Waste
- Special Waste
- Hazardous & Non-Hazardous (COR1)
- Hazardous & Non-Hazardous (COR2)
Log in to your online account
Once you sign up, you can log in from any Republic Services page.
Step 1: In the top right corner of any Republic Services page, click Log In.
Step 2: Fill in your email address and password, and then click Continue.
Note: To simplify the login experience, you no longer need a username to access your account. If this is your first time logging in with your email address instead of a username, you’ll need to reset your password. To do so, click the forgot password link and follow the provided instructions.
Link your account
If your account is not linked automatically, you can link it manually. This step will allow you to quickly and easily manage your account online.
Step 1: Log in.
Step 2: Click Link Account and enter the account number listed on your paper invoice or enter your service address if you pay a municipality or HOA directly.
Access your account features
Once you're logged in, click My Account to navigate to helpful pages like your dashboard, notifications and payments. The features available may depend on your account type, and municipality or HOA services may differ.
My Dashboard
We’ve improved the dashboard view to provide you with the most relevant information about your account, with easy access to your schedule, bill pay, invoice history, service requests and customer support. The features available may depend on your account type, and municipality or HOA services may differ.
Switch Site
We know you may manage more than one site. We’ve made it easy to switch from one site to another so you can manage payments, services and support questions based on your service location.
Step 1: On your dashboard, click Switch Site above your pickup schedule calendar.
Step 2: Select the appropriate site from your account list.
Track MyTruck
By popular demand, we've added the Track My Truck feature so you can keep tabs on your truck on service day.
Step 1: On your dashboard, scroll down to your pickup schedule calendar. If you’re scheduled for service and your truck is on route that day, you’ll be able to view your Track My Truck data above the calendar.
Step 2: To view your Track My Truck history, click View Track My Truck History. The Track My Truck History page will show you updates like when your service was completed or if your container was blocked. (This feature is only available to our commercial customers.)
Manage Profile
On this page, you can update your contact information, communication preferences and password.
Manage Account
Here, you can add users and update account information, service locations and payment settings. The payments available may depend on your account type, and municipality or HOA payments may differ.
Notifications
To keep you in the loop, we’ll share important updates about our products and services to your notifications page.
Services
We’ve made it easier to request everything you need without having to pick up the phone. Use this page to request available services like:
- Schedule a pickup
- Report a missed pickup
- Repair/replace containers
- Relocate a container
- Provide gate or lock access details
- Schedule a seasonal stop or restart
Note: Services vary depending on account and location.
Payments
While we’ve made it easy to manage payments straight from your dashboard, you can head to this page for a more in-depth view of your account activity. You can also view and manage your payment settings.
Pay bills online
We've simplified online bill pay with fewer steps and the option to save your payment method so you don't need to add it each time. The payments available may depend on your account type, and municipality or HOA payment types may differ.
Step 1: Click Pay Now.
Step 2: Select the amount you’d like to pay. You can select the entire balance or pay by invoice charge separately.
Step 3: Select your payment method. If it’s your first time using online bill pay, you’ll need to add your payment information. You can then save your payment method so you don’t need to re-enter it in the future.
Step 4: Choose the schedule date for payment.
Step 5: Click Submit Payment.
Sign up for paperless billing
Going paperless is as easy as toggling a switch.
Step 1: From the Payments page, click the manage paperless billing settings link.
Step 2: Toggle the Paperless Billings switch from Off to On. Once you do, you’ll receive an email notification when your invoice is available.

Auto Pay
To take bill pay off your mind, you can set up Auto Pay.
Set up autopay
We've made it so you can set up Auto Pay in just one click.
Step 1: From the Auto Pay page, click the Auto Pay Settings link.
Step 2: Select your payment method and auto pay start date. Then click Update Auto Pay.
Note: When you set up Auto Pay, the automatic payment will take effect with your next invoice and will process on the invoice due date. You may need to make a manual payment for the amount due on your current invoice.
